Ask a question about getting access to your eVisa

Use this service if you have a question about creating your UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) account and getting access to your online immigration status (eVisa).

We aim to reply within 5 working days (Monday to Friday).

You will need an email address where we can send our reply.

If you do not do anything for 30 minutes, your answers will not be saved. Your question is only saved when you submit the form.
